Read like a bland timeline of events. I was really hoping for more 'punch' or analysis / insights. I just did not get caught up with the story.

The book has valuable content and advice but it was written in 2018 - many of the tools and social media recommendations are obviously outdated. I would look for a more recent publication on the topic.
